Public school kidnapping in Buffalo

Did you know that in our “great” country, the United States of America, land of the free and home of the brave, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all, if you seek to educate your own children, according to the First Amendment of the Constitution and the dictates of your conscience, you are liable to be arrested and have them kidnapped from their home by the statist education authorities?

That’s right. In America, our supposedly free country, we have a compulsory education system in which statist education bureaucrats claim legal authority to force you and your children during their entire formative years to participate in a government brainwashing indoctrination program. Any resistance can be met with violence on the part of the government goons.  

Single mother, Kiarre Harris, from Buffalo, New York, found this out the hard way when she became dissatisfied with the lousy education her two elementary school children were receiving in their failing public school and decided to home school them instead. "I felt that the district was failing my children and that's when I made the decision to homeschool," she explains. 

So she properly informed the district governmental goons of her decision; took all the necessary steps, filed all the required paperwork and documentation at Buffalo City Hall, all of which was admittedly received by the statist school district education authorities. "I spoke directly to the homeschool coordinator and she told me from this point on my children were officially un-enrolled from school,” says mom.

But only one week later Child Protective Services called, wondering why her kids weren't in school. "I told them that my kids were homeschooled now and that I could furnish the documents if they need to see them." Of course, the evil statists didn’t give a damn about her documents and never requested to see them.

Another month went by and Harris naturally thought that all was OK, that the Buffalo education Gestapo was satisfied. But no… out of the blue she was confronted in her home by a hit squad of Child Protective bureaucrats and police who kidnapped her kids. When she resisted, telling them “No, you can’t do that,” she was arrested for obstruction. 

The innocent children were thrown into a foster care institution and their innocent mother has not been allowed to even see or talk to them for three weeks. The goons claim she never had full custody of her own children though as a single parent she has always enjoyed full custody until now.

Sadly this is what parents everywhere can expect all over America today if they decide to educate their own children in accordance with the Bill of Rights…
